Job Description
The T24 / TPH Technical Lead role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Temenos T24 / TPH platforms, particularly in private banking modules. This position combines technical leadership with senior development responsibilities, focusing on delivering robust, scalable solutions in a multi-company, multi-application server environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of T24 / TPH and TAFJ (R23 or higher) solutions in a complex, multi-application setup.
- Drive the design, coding, and implementation of custom-built, scalable interfaces and local developments.
- Collaborate effectively within a Safe Agile environment to achieve team goals.
- Utilize tools such as Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA, and job schedulers (AWA).
- Leverage logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk for system performance and stability.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in T24 / TPH COB and Services framework to build resilient solutions.
- Implement Integration & Interaction frameworks and Streaming solutions for seamless connectivity.
- Investigate and resolve production issues (RTB) to maintain a stable environment, performing effectively under pressure.
- Maintain functional knowledge of Private Banking and Finance modules within T24 / TPH.
- Participate in review meetings, provide project updates, and manage development resources and deliverables.
- Ensure a solid understanding of deployment architecture, infrastructure, and Oracle DB concepts (e.g., indexes, SQL query design, Linux OS scripts).
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Business Change Engineers, and Project Managers, to drive IT delivery.
- Foster awareness, involvement, and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining clear communication on project status.
- Lead and review technical and architectural designs, enforce architectural guidelines, and challenge existing practices to drive innovation.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, driving stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ensure designs are scalable, reliable, resilient, and free from platform debt or obsolete technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in T24 / TPH R23 and higher development on Cloud environments
- TPH R23 and higher Technical Coding skills
- Hands on with Design Studio, Source code repository, Job schedulers, SQL developer
- Experience in Temenos Unit Test framework
- Integration framework, Outbox Event Streaming and Interaction framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS
- T24 COB and Services framework
Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of development experience with T24 / TPH platforms.
- Deep expertise in Private Banking modules and SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and STP processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet milestones, and overcome challenges.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into efficient, fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Expertise in T24 and TPH (R23 or higher) with strong technical coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with Design Studio, source code repositories, job schedulers, and SQL Developer.
- Proven experience in T24 / TPH development on Cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Temenos Unit Test framework.
- Knowledge of Integration framework, Outbox Event Streaming, Interaction framework (IRIS), MQ, and JBOSS.
- Strong understanding of T24 COB and Services framework. Exposure to T24 upgrade and migration processes. Experience with T24 performance optimization and data archiving.
